Late payments may be subject to interest charges and service suspension. All fees are non-refundable unless explicitly stated in a service agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary information received during the course of our business relationship. This obligation shall survive the termination of services and continue for a period of three (3) years thereafter.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Webstein shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

  • Your access to or use of or inability to access or use our services
  • Any conduct or content of any third party on the services
  • Any content obtained from the services
  • Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

8. Warranty Disclaimer

Our services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that our services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free.
